GISELA CREUS

AT RESONANCE...

The workshop that I will guide is the starting point of the festival, it will be our first meeting.

I will offer a space that will allow us to connect with the body and the breath, seeking its globality, openness, expansion and availability.

I will propose dynamics of movement and breathing to awaken self-awareness, center and presence in space. We will enter into explorations of movement and play that will allow us to open ourselves to others and to space to begin to know each other and prepare ourselves for all the perspectives, experiences and opportunities for growth that these days will offer us.
