How does attention work during a teaching-learning process, what afections, structures, systems and memories operate, both facilitating and interfering with aspects of them? How to collectively elaborate devices that are at the same time pedagogical, performative and research? In what way do we co-elaborate pedagogical roles in our artistic, investigative, writing, training practices, etc.?

BIO

Laura Vilar is a dancer, creator, teacher and researcher. She has a PhD in Philosophy from the UAB with artistic research through dance. She is a member of the teaching team of the Master's Degree in Artistic Research and Design, EINA-UAB. 

She co-directs nunArt, an artistic research center in Barcelona and is part of the Dance Pedagogy department of the Institut del Teatre de Barcelona, teaching different subjects. She teaches workshops both nationally and internationally. She has been coordinator of the Professional Training of the Area dance school (2017-2021). 

As a dancer, she has worked in different companies, highlighting Compagnie Taffanel (2003-2010) and Cobosmika Company (2006-2013), with whom she worked internationally with the Russell Maliphant company. In recent years, she has presented the creations Sanjiao, (2018), Voyager (2019) and Tentativas de (des)aparición (2021-2022). She is currently part of the research groups Dramaturgies of silence and Landen in Vienna.
