Marha Echavarria's proposal for Resonance is a session of La r(espiral), which will take place on Sunday the 30th at 10 am. La r(espiral) is a space for meeting, playing and sharing; we suggest you activate the internal observer, the contentment and that you allow yourself to travel between yoga, dance and live music. This time the live music will be by Borja Díaz.
Marha Echavarria is a teacher and practitioner of Iyengar, Anusara and Kundalini; Dramatic arts teacher, professional dancer and graduate in contemporary dance, Degree in Aesthetic Education and Master's degree in Dance Movement Therapy.
b.d, is a sound project where some musical traditions of oral transmission are reconciled with electronic tools of sonic creation. For the occasion of Resonance, I present a modular synthesizer designed and built between Azkoitia and Barcelona by DJ Amsia; the manipulation of the artfact is done by means of a bamboo flute, an instrument that for centuries has accompanied shepherds from Pakistan and Northern India and which, from the last century, became part of Hindustani classical music.
